To be able to add exercise to everyday activities, my favorite is to do toe touches as sorting the clothes for washing and side bends putting them in the washer and moving to or out of the dryer.
You can eat whatever you'd like, just be sure to watch the portion size and to only eat it once in awhile. It is not good to make a daily habit of treats. A good example, birthday cake, cut your piece in half or quarters and either shar or freeze for another month or two weeks.

To get rid of pesky fruit flies, take a small glass fill it 1/2"
with Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 drops of dish washing liquid, mix well. You will find those flies drawn to the cup and gone forever!
