I've mentaly organized my weight loss into three 20 pound stages. Stage one is complete and I am 1 pounds lost in stage two.
More then weight plateau are overcoming fears and allowing my self to Learn new things....LOL Figuring out how to use my heart rate monitor and watch were frustrating me to no end...it's now second nature....feels so good to use it with ease and record all my state....little things just tickle me...
My secret success is being kind by not loosing sight of my goals and giving up the program, even though I gained 4 pounds during a weekend of wedding events and grand meals. I'm ok! Spirit Live Strong
I have had an emotional roller coaster of a week and I did not turn to food and old habits during all this....I am super proud of this and the issues are clear to me and being resolved ....with out loosing control...that is so cool!
