I woke up this morning and I realized that I am focusing on WAY too much...I need to get back to basics....FOOD, WATER and EXERCISE...these are the things that help us to lose and get healthier...all the rest is ICING (no pun intended)...focus focus focus!!
Just remember that today is a new and fresh day....start a streak and when you go to bed tonight list in your head all of the GOOD things you accomplished today...even if it is just "I walked for 10 minutes" CELEBRATE your victories no matter how SMALL!!!
