I know we all want to exercise all the time, everyday, but don't. I was struggling with this this week. I was doing exercises and running everyday and pushing myself, even when I felt like I would pass out or my muscles would collapse.
When you go to the grocery store, mall, or anywhere for that matter, park at the farthest spot possible and walk to the door.
I HATE stress...I hate what it does to my body and how it controls what I eat and when.
For those of you who say I can't eat this or I can't eat that, you can! However you have to keep it in moderation.
I come home from work and I don't want to work out. So I stop, take a deep breath, and close my eyes...Suddenly I am on a beach and I can see myself. I picture myself looking rock'n in an awesome 2 piece with a nice tan and my fiancÚ.
Sorry folks but I am a candy-a-holic. Instead of cookies and cake I rather eat a whole package of Sour Patch kids. However, to slim down I put a stop to this. Instead I eat watermelon, peaches, strawberries, bananas, etc.
I used to think I could never go without a soda. Just thinking about not ever drinking a soda again would make me crave it even more. It was actually a lot easier than I thought, to kick. I mainly drink water and one cup of coffee a day.
...but harder to be nice to yourself. Don't look in the mirror and disect your whole body becasue good things don't happen over night...they come to those who wait. So keep working hard and in the long run it will pay off!
If I have a day where I get home and I am just beat from the day, I still exercise.
I recently lost a lot of weight just by an emotional issue I was dealing with I have not weighed 130 in years so I am going to stick to it! I posted up pictures of celebrities in their best from SHAPE and I bought a few fitness magazines. I am reaching to try a new workout every week!
