Use the nutrition tracker here at SP effectively by using the tabs marking your favorites--it is quick and easy to scroll down to the foods you eat frequently. The food groupings allows you to put in a recipe or a regular meal and one click will get it recorded for you. This is an awesome time save

Help other members

I find that the best way for me to stay focused and to help myself is to talk to other SP members. By thinking about their issues and reading their ideas, I build up my own resolve and my own toolbox of ways to help myself. It's a win-win situation.

Each day is another opportunity

It doesn't matter if I mess up one day by not getting my correct activity in or if I eat something that is laden with calories, I can get right back with my plan. A slip-up doesn't mean that I have "blown it" and I can learn something from whatever did/ didn't happen. emoticon
