Every morning my dog and I go for a walk. If I don't take her she will whine until I do. The whining is annoying so I take her in the snow, rain, fog, anything. If she doesn't want to go I still make myself go because I feel like I can take on the day.

I do mix it up to not get bored. There are some days I can spend 2 hours, but my usual workout is about 1 hour.
