I love having fresh minty breathe! But I hate when that taste gets mixed up with any others- coffee, food, etc. Which is why I use it as my secret weapon against over eating and snacking. Once I've eaten what I should I clean my teeth of any residue and pop in a piece of gum - I know as long as a have that tingly minty feeling in my mouth I will always think twice before grabbing a second helping! :)
