Rub out pain!

According to Garry D'Brant D.C., you can loosen tight muscles and prevent pain from involuntary spasms of lower back muscles by doing the following. Make two fists, reach around to the middle of your back and rub up and down your spine in a circular motion.

A Snack At Night...Yes Do It!

It's better to have a snack, then none at all. High blood glucose can wake you up to urinate, while low blood glucose can wake you with hunger. Have 2 ounces of protein with a low carb, that will stablize blood sugar. 1 ounce of Cheese and a breadstick, 2ounces of turkey and a breadstick, 2 ounces of tuna, chopped celery and a cracker. Have something or wake up sooo hungry that you will over eat. An apple w/peanut butter and a bread stick. A cup of cottage cheese and breadstick. Try it!

You're Sitting In Your Cube...

You're sitting in your cube and the boss isn't around... You decide to go check your sparkpage for comments, or facebook... Instead, why not take a walk around the perimeter of your floor? It'll get you a couple extra hundred steps! Do this a few times a day instead of checking facebook and you'll rack up the number of steps you've taken by the end of the day!

Making small changes in your daily routine will help you achieve 10,000 steps a day!

Put your finger down while driving

Choose to stay in the happy zone while driving and fight the urge to let that middle finger fly. When you arrive at your destination you will feel so much happier, calm and less stressed. If you have to show them a finger, show them all five!

I bought oblong little white plastic trays, 3 for a dollar at the dollar store. Put my little things in them, and put my spatula's and long knives in the middle of them. It keeps it neat and easy to get too.
