I print my meal plans 4 to a sheet and cut them apart, so I have a little "notebook" with my meal plans in it for the week.
I like to hula hoop while I'm watching TV when I start to get burned out on the stationary bike.
I pedal my stationary bike for a half hour while watching a half hour show. To get an interval workout in, I increase resistance and cadence during the commercials and return to a moderate pace during the show.
Once you have truly discovered that you ARE an amazing person, surround yourself with amazing people. Look deep inside of them and learn what makes them amazing. This is my inspiration to be a better person everyday of my life.
