Go with a Goal

For all those who have a GPS on their phone (or any other hand held system), look into Geocaching (www.geocaching.com). It makes exercising by walking or cycling into a treasure hunt, giving more purpose and motivation for getting out and doing it. I think there is even a Geocaching Spark Team!!

It's the Little Steps That Make Big Changes

Find ways where you can make small changes to get big results. For instance, when cooking, substitute whole milk with skim milk. save 56 calories. Do that every day, save over 3500 calories on the week... that could mean losing 50lbs a year! Where else can we make those little steps?
