Ok this whole dessert is about 50-60 calories, it is HUGE and delicious! Take 1 cup of sugar free jello and mix with 1/4 cup (or just a big spoonful) of fat free plain greek yogurt and stir like crazy! usually it tastes fine like that but if you have a big sweet tooth (like me) just add a bit of splenda, stevia, or other sweetener.

They have mini videos and full length videos that you can use. From ballet, weight training, kickboxing, yoga, step aerobics and more! I love to use this when I want to mix up my routine and break plateaus!
When you're working out doing whatever is your routine, don't stop when it starts to hurt. Even tho your legs are burning, your abs have that knot in it, or you feel like you're about to die on that treadmill - PUSH THRU! That uncomfy feeling is your body changing (for the better!)
Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices. The basic idea is to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, outdoors and then share your experiences online.
My mom gave me a great idea and it's been working. I put 8 straws in a glass and each time I have an 8oz glass of water I take a straw out, once the glass in empty I can have a half glass of my favorite drink, which is usually sweet tea.
I found free exercise workouts on On Demand so I can do a completely different workout everyday if I want to. Plus, On Demand sorts the workouts for you - some are Biggest Loser, Walking, even 10, 20, & 30 minute workouts. You could pick one topic/trainer each week and do only the workouts in that area. For me, it is nice to be able to choose whatever I feel like. Check to see if your cable company has On Demand Free Pass and look under Exercise TV.
