Bad knees? You can still exercise

If you have bad knees or other health issues that make exercising hard, exercise for short spirts of time .. 5-10 mins at a time and then do it several times a day.

Making salad dressing go farther

I always place my salad in a locking lidded bowl. After combining everything I am going to eat, I put my measured dressing (usully 2 tble of low calorie dressing) into the bowl, put the locking lid on, and shake it vigorously.

It spreads the dressing on every piece of the salad, so it seems like there is more dressing.
