You can find it in the frozen bread section of most grocery stores (but unfortunately not WalMart). Not only is it much better for you than most breads made with processed flour, at 80 calories a slice it's less calories than most! Especially good as toast; several kinds available.
Look at the listed ingredients of any item you're thinking about buying/eating, and really think about what those ingredients are. The idea of putting unknown chemicals into my system is sometimes enough to make me put it down!
