Once you don't fit into your bigger clothes, get rid of them. That way you are reminded if the pounds start creeping back...you won't have 'fat' clothes to go to. Maybe someone else can use them in transition during their weight loss.
I just got back from a cruise. They said average weight gain is 5-10 pounds. I walked the halls and took stairs when others took the elevators. I also ran the track one day, but the head winds from the fact the ship was moving made running difficult. Walking on shore excursions also helped.

Many of the products on the market like canned tomatoes, beans, and fruits are canned in cans that have a lining that may be harmful to your health and can cause cancer. Use extra virgin olive oil, or jojoba oil to remove make-up, especially waterproof eyeliner and mascara. I tried a sample of some really expensive stuff, and it worked like magic.... then found out it was nothing more than olive oil! Pour out about a half a teaspoon into your hands, rub them together and massage into your face and eye area. Use a soft, warm washcloth to remove the oil and makeup, then apply toner and moisturizer. Your skin will feel like a million bucks!
Plan the night before what you want to eat the next day & get it out of the freezer ready. By the time you are ready to cook dinner the next day it will be defrosted.
