Use ketchup to Remove tarnish

Remove tarnish from copper and brass cookware. Squeeze ketchup onto a cloth and rub it on pots and pans. They should go back to their coppery color in minutes. Rinse with warm water and dry with a towel.

My grand kids decided to contribute a dime each time I resist a craving for 10 minutes.

Cancel your newspaper.

We finally realized that our newspaper was full of old news and sports that we had seen on TV multiple times and our favorite coupons were available free on line. So we cancelled it and now save over $100/ year! Don't miss it a bit. Might rethink it for you.

SAVE water and money

I recently read that one can use as much as 20 gallons of water by rinsing dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. With only 2 of us, we might run the dishwasher only every 2 days & some food would get very dry and hard. So, I fill an old mug with water & dip a tool (kind of a sponge on a stick, but a brush will work) into the mug, then wipe away sauces & other leavings from the plates. Then I pop them into the dishwasher, ready for the next time I turn it on --- saving water & money.

Excercising leads to Water Drinking

I don't like drinking water but I find it's a lot easier when I actually exercise! When you're really thirsty after a workout or after sweating a bit, you tend to want water rather than a sugary drink since it quenches your thirst better. Helps motivate me to work out AND drink water!

Motivation/ confidence training

Paul Mc Kenna(the I can make you thin guy) has a book out I can make you confident. I comes with a hypnosis Cd.. I started listening to the Cd before going to sleep at night. I never even opened the book after a few days I actually want to workout. I have walked and biked farther in the past week than I have since I started back on this weight loss journey. It won't work for everyone and it could be just me but it has got me off mt but
