I take my own snack each day to work.I portion out 2 cups of hot air popped popcorn,it is low calorie and very filling.I often put a little parmesan cheese on it for a little more flavor

I buy my Sunday paper.then on Mon. go to to couponmom.com to find the deals each store has for the week(it shows coupon you can use with the weekly special to save even more) it has CVS,Walmart,Target,Walgreens
,
Kroger,Harris
Teeter,Food Lion and more.
Most stores will also let you use a manufacturer's coupon and store coupon for each item.

Drinking my water
