People tend to think of energy as a finite resourse that can be depleted, like money. But in reality, giving is an engery multiplier. The more you spend, the more you have.
When facing a daunting task, break it down into smaller, shorter tasks. It will be easier to manage and stay on track
Just try it. Do something unusual tomorrow.
Make Smart Goals. Long-term goals should be Specific, Measurable, Appropriate, Realistic, and Time-based.
Dieting is a life style change. The easiest option is to take it one day a time. Each time you make a decision, think about it. Do you really want to eat that or drink that? Think how hard some things are to work off. THINK then act. One step at time.
It's your mind that fails first, not your body.
Welcome the challenges. Look for the opportunities in every situation to learn and grow in wisdom.
