Dance Baby Dance!!

I found ballroom dancing not only provides a great workout, but it also can improve your coordination, boost your mood, and can get you out of the house. It doesn't matter if it is ballet, jazz, ballroom, belly or pole dancing, or hula it is fun and you are learning.
