Rethinking my snacking habit

I tend to want a snack mid morning and mid afternoon, so at one point I decided to plan my lunch with my snacks in mind. Essentially, I could "snack on my lunch" all day and keep my blood sugar more level through my work day. In this way I can come closer to the 6 small meals a day approach.
This is keeping my snacks more healthy while staying simple in my meal plans and portion control. emoticon
