150 healthiest foods on Earth-book

I work in a bookstore and I have a chance to check out whatever book I want for two weeks at a time. I actually bought this book though. The top foods in a category have a red star by them. There are info boxes at the end of articles-many of them indicate whether the food is on top ten most effected or least effected by pesticides lists. It helps you decide which fruits you need to buy organic and which are probably okay as is.

Brown Cow Greek Yogurt

I enjoy the flavor of this 100 calorie greek yogurt brand. I have seen Strawberry and Blueberry in Walmart in six packs. Another plus is it contains five active cultures. Many of the other greek yogurts I have seen only list one active culture. The down side is the "all natural" on the label is a code word for not quite fully organic if my research is correct. 10 grams of protein top off the benefits.

beverages of value

When I first started changing my eating habits 18 weeks ago it began with the decision to cut sugary sodas out of my diet. Sodas are good for nothing except adding pounds and increasing the risk for kidney stones. I used to drink sodas and energy drinks like there would soon be a shortage and I needed to guzzle while they were available. Now I drink water mostly. I do have several other beverages in the fridge like soymilk, Bothouse farms (some B farms drinks do have a lot of sugar though)...
