Surround yourself with succedful people The trick to any kind of success is to surround yourself with people who are positive and successful. Talk with them often, observe their actions, and apply what you hear and see to your situation(s).

Post food before eating it in Nutrition Tracker I have learned to try and post my food in the nutrition tracker prior to eating it and checking my numbers. If I don't like what I see, such as too high of sodium, then I change my eating choice.
How do you stay balanced? I have to try to do something towards all of my goals everyday...not just the fitness journey.

Have a good memory...someti Have a good memory but only sometimes. When it comes to hitting plateaus or stalling out, remember the times it has happened in the past and that it too will pass. But, it's also important to leave yesterday behind...it can't be changed! Today is what matters!
