Post food before eating it in Nutrition Tracker

I have learned to try and post my food in the nutrition tracker prior to eating it and checking my numbers. If I don't like what I see, such as too high of sodium, then I change my eating choice.

Work thru it!

Sometimes when I am exercising I get to where I just want to stop. But, I always find if I do it twice as tough to get going again. However, when I push thru it (not when it's painful), I seem to be able to work thru the feeling and it ends up being OK. So, Work thru it!

Have a good memory but only sometimes. When it comes to hitting plateaus or stalling out, remember the times it has happened in the past and that it too will pass. But, it's also important to leave yesterday behind...it can't be changed! Today is what matters!
