I have to say that the biggest help to me is to make sure that I "Spark" every day! THe support, education, and just the focus on the journey from sparking is invaluable!
The trick to any kind of success is to surround yourself with people who are positive and successful. Talk with them often, observe their actions, and apply what you hear and see to your situation(s).
I have learned to try and post my food in the nutrition tracker prior to eating it and checking my numbers. If I don't like what I see, such as too high of sodium, then I change my eating choice.
How do you stay balanced? I have to try to do something towards all of my goals everyday...not just the fitness journey.

Age is a state of mind and a condition that the mind allows the body to become. Don't get old...gain experience!
Always keep a record of specifics of exercise and compare results periodically to track your progress. Sometimes, this will serve as the motivation you need for today, this week, or to keep going.
Sometimes when I am exercising I get to where I just want to stop. But, I always find if I do it twice as tough to get going again. However, when I push thru it (not when it's painful), I seem to be able to work thru the feeling and it ends up being OK. So, Work thru it!
Have a good memory but only sometimes. When it comes to hitting plateaus or stalling out, remember the times it has happened in the past and that it too will pass. But, it's also important to leave yesterday behind...it can't be changed! Today is what matters!
