I was buying food at work, but it was expensive and not as healthy as what I pack for myself. Now I fix my lunches on the weekend and just grab and go in the morning. Besides losing wt I have found that I save money too!
When the urge hits you a smoothie is just 3 minutes away or you can put frozen peaches topped with frozen blueberries and some soy creamer pop in microwave for 30 seconds and it's a lovely healthy snack with not many calories and so good!
Think about not getting diabetes, cancer and heart disease and in exchange getting energy, health, quality of life, self confidence and self esteem. That's a well worth the journey. Not deprivation, just loving yourself and treating yourself well.
