When I have a pile of clutter that needs organizing, or a tedious job I dislike doing, I set a timer for 15 minutes. I tell myself I must only work that long. Every time I end up working much longer--sometimes even finishing the job!
I have reached goal thanks to SP and the main help in achieving my weight loss is tracking my food intake. There have been only a few days that I did not write down my meals, and that vigilance is still helping me maintain the loss.
If you have had a setback, hit a snag, went off your plan...DON'T say, "I'll start over--next Monday, for sure" or something like that.
