Batch cooking

I love to do a lot of batch cooking and freeze meals ahead of time..really saves time and calories later.

evey evening after supper I enter the days food and do the calculations then when I feel like snacking on the couch with tv I don'tsince I've already entered the days food and settle for more water emoticon

Beans in burgers

to make burgers healthier add a can of rinsed,mashed beans to the ground beef for moist, added fiber and lower calorie burgers. emoticon
