I became a member in 2010 and did fabulous on this site plus made so many new friends and learned so many new habits.

I love to do a lot of batch cooking and freeze meals ahead of time..really saves time and calories later.

night snacking

evey evening after supper I enter the days food and do the calculations then when I feel like snacking on the couch with tv I don'tsince I've already entered the days food and settle for more water
