Eat a high protein breakfast to fill you up at the start of the day.
If you're feeling hungry and know you're going to go to bed within the hour, or even later, don't eat. It's hard to work off those calories you consume right before you go to bed. Soon you'll be sleeping and you won't feel hunger, and when you wake up in the morning, you won't be hungry anymore.
When you start to feel hungry, think of the hunger pains as the fat leaving your body, and when you're exercising, think of the muscle pains as your body getting fitter. This way you'll be able to fight the urge to snack, or work out longer.
