I have noticed that every time I decide to skimp on sleep to get something done, I have ALWAYS paid for it later! Not only that, it usually makes matters worse the next day. This is especially true with exams, writing, and mentally taxing projects. No matter how important the other thing is, I always try to make sleep a priority which leaves me fresh and ready to tackle the problem another day.
It can be tough to get up early each morning to exercise. I whether or not my main routine is indoors, I found that if I get outside to do a quick jog or go for a walk, I am much more motivated and energized!
