Not enough Fiber in your diet and not enough water can add up to 6lbs in your colon. Eat Oatmeal, citrus fruits, pears and beans, Remember most weight fluctuations are due to shifts in body water. Dehydration cuases headaches, cotton mouth, aches and pains. Eat fewer carbs and you will lose the water weight. Avoid salty foods, canned soup and frozen meals and drink no calorie liquids.
Eat consistently throughout the day to reassure your body that you are not starving. Even by eating limited calories you can avoid the feeling of starvation that derails so many diets. A drop in blood sugar occurs when you dont eat for hours on end which can leave you shaky and hungry. Eat a sm. Apple, 20 grapes, 30 cherries, a sm bowl of oatmeal, a handful of cheerios, 2 crackers with tuna as your snacks and enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner.

Bananas... lay them on a plastic cutting board, slice & freeze. Tastes like ice cream. After they are frozen I put them in plastic bags. They make great frozen snacks. I wash and chop celery and freeze it. It then is ready to use. You can do this with onions & green peppers too. Cream cheese, mozerella & Feta cheese freezes well. Freeze parsley, chives and basil.
