Eating a quick go to meal for me eggs
when feeling stressed I listen to gospel music and I run on the treadmill and all the stress melts away and it clears my head, and I feel so much better.
I like to go into my favorite store in try on one size down and one size up, it makes me feel good to look in the mirror and see how far I've come and where I need to be gives more motivation !!
When I buy snacks I put them in small snack zip lock bags and If they are cookies or nuts, pretzels I freeze them to keep me from eating them, and keep portions under control.
