Try on for size!

I like to go into my favorite store in try on one size down and one size up, it makes me feel good to look in the mirror and see how far I've come and where I need to be gives more motivation !!

When I buy snacks I put them in small snack zip lock bags and If they are cookies or nuts, pretzels I freeze them to keep me from eating them, and keep portions under control.

move more

every move counts I walk around the office more, take stairs, take the laundry down stairs little at a time. I do leg lifts while doing house work.
