Using the nutrition and fitness tracker (or just a good old fashioned pen and paper!) take a little time to plan what you will eat the following day.
If you have no weights take a can of beans (or anything you may have) in each hand and lift them while you watch your favourite show.
If you have a bad day make sure you still track everything you eat. Either on the nutrition tracker or just in a notebook.
