When I weighed 204 and was very out of shape I could not do any kind of exercise and could barely walk.. Then I LOST WEIGHT. The doctor told me to hunt a gym that had a good bike to strengthen my legs.
I did and go most days and they show me the machines I can do. It is great.
Only I could make up my mind to lose weight and when I did it worked. I reached my goal weight going from 204 to 152 in 9 months.
Since I eat out a lot I always take part of my meal home. Ask for a box at the beginning of your meal and box up part of it and don't open it until you get home.
When I was working toward my goal weight I pushed my plate away when I was full.
