My Reward for Reaching Goal

I noticed someone else posted "reward yourself" My reward to myself for reaching goal was to buy a new wardrobe. I did have to buy a couple of outfits before reaching goal as my pants fell down inthe middle of the street one day while I was carry packages. I went from a 22W to a 14 misses. JOY

KEEP IT UP

Even if you can't exercise a lot one day do some. Be consistant.
Don't let it slip
If you start missing it will be easy to miss more and more and you lose a lot of what you had gained in strength. emoticon

Are you Really Hungry?

When I think I need something to eat many times I get a glass of water, or other calorie free liquid. If I lack veggies for the day I will have a glass of low sodium v-8 juice. Then I get busy and get my mind off of food.

Do What you Can

Maybe you say you can't do exercise. I couldn't for a long time but after losing weight I enrolled in a gym and although I don't keep up with the young ones this 81 year old does what she can and it does make a difference in inches, bmi, strength, etc.
So I plan to keep going.

Left overs

When I eat at a restaurant I usually eat half of my food and take the other half home for another meal. Cut the price of the meal in half and you will find it more economical.

When ordering fast food don't order fat or sugar laden sides. You can ruin a healthy saldwich or salad by adding a soft drink or french fries.

Credit Cards

If you get perks on your credit cards which will later save you money go ahead and use them but pay them off each month. Therefore you do not have to pay high interest. emoticon
