You can eat whatever you'd like, just be sure to watch the portion size and to only eat it once in awhile. It is not good to make a daily habit of treats. A good example, birthday cake, cut your piece in half or quarters and either shar or freeze for another month or two weeks.
Sometimes i give in. Despite what i want, and knowing how far i still have to go. i eat that cupcake, i buy the candy bar, drink the wine.... but i dont dwell. Dwelling on that one mistake just continues to rip the wound. Instead I praise myself for acknowledging that it wasn't the best thing to do. And i praise myself for making the right decision the next time. Giving in, is never Giving up.
Saw on pinterest the most wonderfully simple way to organize my spices! Mop and broom hangers!! Anyone else see this?!? You stick them on the inside of your cabinets and the little bottles just pop right in there! Love this and I will be able to see right away what I have and find things much more quickly! I have put them on my shopping list for my next trip to the store. Spices are my key to healthy cooking, so this will make it so much nicer.
In the morning, I fill a 32oz container with water and ice. Once I've finished it, I can have my iced tea. I only drink water with dinner, so by just tracking the first half of my water consumption, I almost guarantee I get my 8 glasses.
the enell bra is a sports bra and it is very supportive, but it can also be worn anytime...it comes in sizes 0 to 8 and you have to check the chart to see which one you wear.
Just watched a dvd about making sure you eat enough fiber....it recommended having at least 35 grams of fiber per day. It said we don't eat nearly enough fiber and if you do at least that amount daily you will lose ten times that in calories so eating 35 grams of fiber not only fills you up daily keeps those hunger cravings away and you lose ten times that amount in calories daily just by eating and eliminating them....
Sometimes we make mistakes! On purpose or not! Whoops, I ordered fries as a side instead of fruit! I ate the whole meal at the restaurant instead of splitting it in half! I went over my count for today!
