I Love SparkTeams!

Keep trying different teams until you find the ones that you relate to and that motivate you the most. I've tried a few and have stayed with a couple for quite awhile but have switched to new ones too. SparkTeams are very helpful for getting and giving support!

Yogurt Yummies

I love yogurt but tend to eat it too fast (not much to chew).
To boost the nutrients AND make it 'chewy' I add either...
Nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.)
Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)

Friend Feed...Indeed!

Friend feed is an awesome feature of SP. Easy way to keep up with what's going on with my SparkFriends. I like when my friends comment on my feed too. One of the first emails I open up! (Hugs) emoticon and Cheers emoticon to my SparkFriends!

Liquid of Life

I find that when I get a minimum of 64 oz of water I don't feel as hungry and I know my body "runs" more efficiently. AND the more water I drink, the less not-so-healthy liquids I ingest!

The liquid of life....sip, slurp, glup...yum, yum!
