Keep trying different teams until you find the ones that you relate to and that motivate you the most. I've tried a few and have stayed with a couple for quite awhile but have switched to new ones too. SparkTeams are very helpful for getting and giving support!
Sometimes I drink water from a wine glass...makes it seems more special!

I love yogurt but tend to eat it too fast (not much to chew).
To boost the nutrients AND make it 'chewy' I add either...
Nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.)
Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
Put these into action and I can 4C (foresee) success at setting and reaching our goals!
I started at "A" and read all the articles. I'm now up to and almost finished with "C". I'm learning a lot and earning 3 points a day too...it's a win-win!
Friend feed is an awesome feature of SP. Easy way to keep up with what's going on with my SparkFriends. I like when my friends comment on my feed too. One of the first emails I open up! (Hugs) and Cheers to my SparkFriends!
I find that when I get a minimum of 64 oz of water I don't feel as hungry and I know my body "runs" more efficiently. AND the more water I drink, the less not-so-healthy liquids I ingest!
The liquid of life....sip, slurp, glup...yum, yum!
