When I get discouraged I put on my reminder clothes. They are a size 3x. I've lost 40 lbs since starting and they are very loose. I do this if I'm feeling sorry for myself or if I've hit a plateau. It gets me motivated again.
I use the planner to help remind me of the challenges I have signed up. Each morning I get the reminder. When you are signed up for multiples this is a big help to keep them organized so you can visit each one.
I've noticed if I use a cucumber in my salad I only add 1 tsp of dressing verses the 2 standard. The cucumber makes it's own water which allows the dressing to go farther. Try it you just might like it.
