A tip to track your water intake...

I don't know about anyone else, but I forget how many cups of water I've had to drink because I drink from a water bottle...try putting 8 rubber bands around the bottle (if it's an 8oz bottle) and remove one each time you finish a full bottle & have to fill it back up.

Create a weight loss savings bank account...

I opened a holiday club account with my bank. I would spend at the very least, $10 a day on buying breakfast, ordering take out with co-workers and sometimes just buy dinner because I was too exhausted to cook when I got home. Each work day that I did not buy any food (Mon - Fri) I would drop $10 in to the account. Savings vary, but at the end of the year I had around $1600 to reward myself with something really special! It's terrific!
