This is only good if you keep your word to yourself. I enter my workout pts. before I do it & then I know I MUST do it, if not I have lied to spark & more importantly to myself.
So many of these health gurus have conflicting advice eg. One says eat yogurt, low fat cheeses and another says NO. I stopped eating yoghurt etc, and felt after a while it was not good for me to have stopped. went back and am feeling better and stronmger. Just do your own thing
He was taught that one does not eat between meals and he is a Spartan, who has never done so./ The new thinking of eating 5 smaller meals is something he FIRMLY disagrees with. I have to choose with doing all I can to be healthy, or agree with him and let him RANT.
I say to myself first thing in the morning, "just for toiday I am on a halthy clean food diet." Then I do the same thing the next day etc etc
