Surround yourself with positive thoughts. Do a vision collage that reflect your power to change your body and your life. It includes your commitment to exercise, your goal date, your vision of how you want to look, your career goals and your romantic goals.
Today I struggled getting through 30 minutes of exercise. But I told myself how good I will feel after thirty minutes is over. I figured I am awake fifteen hours a day (900 minutes) and I am exercising is 3% of the 900 minutes. This is a small amount of time.
Ease into exercise. It wasn't until week three that I started cardio. I will move into strength training when I feel ready. It is too overwhelming to take on strength training right now.
