To stay consistent, tell yourself that you need to JUST DO IT! It will become a habit or a pleasure even!

Today I struggled getting through 30 minutes of exercise. But I told myself how good I will feel after thirty minutes is over. I figured I am awake fifteen hours a day (900 minutes) and I am exercising is 3% of the 900 minutes. This is a small amount of time.
Ease into exercise. It wasn't until week three that I started cardio. I will move into strength training when I feel ready. It is too overwhelming to take on strength training right now.
Also, I get up and the first thing I do is exercise so it is behind me for the day.
