Miss dessert, but want to reign in the fat and sugar? One of my favorite things is greek yogurt with pumpkin pie spice. It tastes pretty similar, plus there's no added fat/sugar/calories and guilt of pumpkin pie!
Finding it hard to get all that water in? When I notice that my water consumption is going down, I set a timer on my phone to go off every 10 minutes to remind me to have a sip. Eventually, it becomes a habit and you no longer need the timer.
