When my motivation starts to dip, I challenge myself to see how many sparkpoints I can rack up. I look on my team boards. See where I am in the rankings. Then challenge myself to move up through the competition. It works for me. I do the same thing with exercise minutes.

I bought this great 8 pocket organizer from Walmart for $4. It has four large pockets and then in front of each is a smaller buckled pocket. (Wish I could post a picture.)

Cause life isn't a guarantee. None of us know how long we have. Would you want to spend your life the way you are RIGHT now if you found out you only have a year to live? If not, then plan where you want to be. Plot it all out. And take the necessary actions to carve the life you want!

There will always be challenges in our lives to test our courage, strength and spirit. Some will be manageable and some will be earth shattering. But abandoning our workouts and hurting ourselves with food will never solve our problems!

My kids adore fruit. Usually that means the fruit bowl is empty before I even get any. By simply buying watermelon, canetloupe, pineapple, and honeydew melon...I extended my food budget and now have enough fruit for the entire week for the whole family.

I save all of my disposable bottles. I rinse them up, and refill them. Then I leave them next to the sink. That way my required water is already right there and waiting for me to drink it. No hassle and can't forget.

Laundry Soap manufacturer's bank on the fact that people FOLLOW directions. If you read the bottle, it says to use 1 cap full for a large load.

I am financially challenged. I have to read articles to get sparkpoints so I go to the yellow healthy lifestyle tab, then to lifestyle centers, then financial fitness. Might as well use those sparkpoints where they will benefit me the most!
