Every month dig through your sock box- cut open the ones that don't have a match, or that are too worn to wear- our household use- cleaning! I don't feel as guilty throwing it away if I get it too soiled. We also was and reuse for cleaning until they just fall apart.

you can eat a ton of plain popcorn without much damage to the nutrition tracker- when I need to "chew and crunch" I pop and eat it plain.
