This DVD consists of 20 minute workouts at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each workout has a 2-minute warm-up followed by 3 circuits featuring 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. A 2 minute cool-down completes each workout. AWESOME workout!
I've been wanting a kettlebell for a while, so I finally broke down and bought one. My favorite workout toy so far. I was surprise how much you burn in so little time! I did it for 25 min today and burned 500 calories, that's like 100 calories in 5min! Love that! Meeting my goal 5min. @ a time! Yeah!
I had to do Wall Push Ups and Closed Wall Push Ups for shoulder therapy, but it was difficult if the muscles were cold.
