When working out enjoy the clothes you are wearing. The colors, the texture, how they feel in your skin. It makes a difference to me as I like more and more what I see in the mirror. My previous self would work out on an old faded t-shirt with perphaps a hole in it. That no longer is is resonance with my current self.
I find that my week goes by easier when I cook at least two meals over the weekend and prep all my food and vegetables by washing, chopping and cutting and putting them away in tupperwares for easy access during the week.
Take your body to exercise and the head will follow. If you stop to think whether you would like to exercise or not most of the time the answer will be "no" so just take your body and once you are doing it your head will follow!
