Morning workout!

Get a great start on the day by working out in the morning! I'm not a morning person but after 6 weeks of pushing myself to get up an hour earlier than I normally would, getting to the gym and having a great workout, I find myself waking up early and wanting to get to the gym. It makes me feel good throughout the day, I'm burning fat calories faster and I don't have to worry about things coming up in the afternoon that will interfere with my workout time. emoticon
