The thing that has helped me the most is to track everything that goes in my mouth. Even when I'm "cheating" or having a bad eat day. I track everything! Usually I slow down on that bad eat day once I have to put it on paper. It makes it more real for me. And holds me accountable!
Mini-Goals really work! Set a few small mini-goals and see how good you feel when you complete them. Each small goal builds into something bigger and bigger and before you know it you're succeeding at those bigger goals!
