When you feel like binging on junk food, It usually means your body is craving nutrients not really all that junk food food. Next time try to make a veggie juice in a juicer. Almost always works!
Watch a YouTube video on nutrition. Educate yourself!
Eat a sliced up fruit or fruits with yoghurt on top!
If you slip up. Telling yourself tomorrow is a new day is great, however don't wait till tomorrow, Start right away!
There is so much going on in a day in this fast pace world. But take time to clean out your cupboards/closets etc. As a cluttered cupboard is a cluttered mind. This way you will feel great and will be able to focus on your goal that much clearer.
Believe you can do it.
I now have a hamburger with lettuce as a bun. I make it with tomato, onions, mustard and even low fat cheese slice. At first i found it sloppy and messy. but now I have the nack of it. Even my husband took a bite and then another. I told him he can make his own. lol
