I spend five mins every evening pre-cutting fruit for breakfast and carrot/cucumber for snacks. So easy on a manic morning (and which household has a relaxed morning) to go without breakfast or eat something unhealthy but convenient. And also during the day, so easy to pick on the wrong things.
