Plan your meals
Use Sparkpeople food tracker (especially as a mobile app) and plan your meals so you can see the amount of calorie and nutritional distribution for the day. Stick to it. Most likely this will result in weightloss.
Create an economic home gym
Your economic home gym could contain: a jump rope, a oblique (broom stick), step, chair, a mat, and some dvds. Write a program as to what you will use each day and stick to it. You will see results.
Don't buy snacks when buying grocery. Leave the snack as an occasional treat. If we routinely buy snacks and store then we will routinely retrieve and eat.
Stop going for seconds. Make that a rule and stick to it.
Purchase exercise tapes and have at home so whenever your internet is down or slow or rain is falling outside, and you can't go to gym it will not affect your workout. Its a contingency plan.
Tip to drink your 8 glasses of water easily
Drink a glass upon rising in the morning, 1 at 9:00, 1 at 11, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm thats it. Feel free to drink another glass if you want. So if you miss any of the times you know u are behind.
Sunday Chore - Gather workout clothes
On Sundays i look for all the exercise clothes i will wear in the week and put them together; tops, bottoms, socks, and sneakers. This makes it easy for me to dress and go.
