Find a local Spark friend. It helps so much to have a real, live person you can call up to go for a walk with, or a run, who can tell you where to find the best organic beets (or whatever), who understands the weather you are dealing with, and who lives close enough to see often. It really helps!
I have a desire to loose over 150 pounds to reach my ideal weight. However, this goal or wish is very overwhelming to me. It's refreshing and it burns calories to warm up the water in your tummy.
