Buy the Big Salsa- Save money-Use for Chili, Too

We talk about buying things in bulk, but sometimes hesitate when there is just one in the house. Even though salsa is a GREAT condiment to use/ low cal and adds great taste, sometimes I don't use it fast enough. I CAN put it in my chili or soup to add punch and a bit of FRESH, too so there is no waste.

Natural Water flavoring!

Hmmm i love sodas and even juices, but of course those things are not so good for me. So as i cut down on them and up my water intake, i experiment with adding different items to my water.

Limes are cheaper than Lemons so i'm getting into squeezing part of one in my water.. Then started putting some Ginger in. Yummmy Lime and Ginger. Slice some off a hand and then score the slice a bit to get the flavor going.

Sooo what do you add to your water to keep you on the h2o?

Flatout WRAP with Flax! Great Balanced Bread thing -- Vegetarian's Dream

When I'm having problems balancing my Carbs/Fat/Protein I go to my fave new discovery, Flatout Flat Bread Wraps. 100 Calories for a good sized wrap that tastes sorta neutral so works well for a nut butter, tofu wrap, or any kind of sandwich and can also be used with some ricotta cheese and a nice strawberry topping (homemade from Chef Meg's recipi) to make a kind of crepe/blintz. Buy One Get One=Freeze Well!

Measure that Ladle PLUS

Before I had a look at Stage two and saw it was all about Measuring and being sure the portions were accurate, I decided to measure a few items I use in the kitchen. The ladle for beans plus. A few other easy serving utensils, ramekins, bowls, plus. Just keeps things a bit simpler.

Brushing after meals helps curb after meal eating

If I brush my teeth after I've eaten, I'm a LOT less likely to eat again for quite sometime! Helps curb that EYE hungry and munching munching between planned meals.
