eggs yolks contain most of the vitamins that come from an egg...so instead of all egg whites add a yolk or 2 and get some of those vitamins!

Naturally sweeten your oatmeal...with fruit!

instead of the regular brown sugar to sweeten your oatmeal mash up a nice ripe banana and mix it into your oatmeal and if you so desire for an extra protein kick a little peanut butter! yumm. No extra sugar needed.
